Job description

Seeking a dynamic social media and online community manager to bring some passionate young blood into the agency to work alongside the client service team.

It is essential that you have previous agency experience, and excellent relationship management, and content creation experience working with brands on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more. If this sounds like you, then they would like to meet with you for further discussion.

You will play a lead role in making sure the agency stays ahead of the game by identifying relevant trends, monitor, and encourage online discussion in order to interact with the online community of the agency’s brand portfolio.


  • Degree or diploma in journalism/communications or advertising and marketing
  • At least five to eight years’ experience in an agency environment in a content/social media community manager position
  • Excellent content creation skills for social media channels
  • Ability to use online monitoring tools to assist in compiling reports for analysis
  • Write compelling, relevant SEO copy with the view to growing traffic and engagement
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team
