Regional Promotions/Events Manager
Job description
Duties and/or tasks:
- Hands-on management of all Western Cape based events and activations
- Management of Western Cape operations team ensuring functionality and productivity of the team – making sure they meet their deadlines etc. and assisting where need be
- Budget and supplier management, sourcing event elements needed, management of event staff
- Providing direction and insightful solutions to maximise efficiency of the team
- Oversee and coordinate promotional activity and events across Western Cape – to oversee and co-ordinate jobs in their entirety from receiving job bags to operations through to final completed report to client
- Oversee recruitment and training for all promotional campaigns to ensure client standards are adhered to
- Hands-on supervision and activation to ensure proper standards are being achieved in the field
- Management and implementation of POS activity undertaken by keynote/gear up
- The organisation and implementation of additional promotional activities and events as needed
- Weekly status meetings with Gauteng ops team to ensure deadlines are being met
- General day-to-day admin duties relating to office and current jobs
- Online reporting on all campaigns
- Maintain overall quality of campaigns and events across Western Cape
