Welcome to The Event, a division of Film & Event Media. We’re a South African based publishing house that is focused on everything film and events in Africa and around the world. The Event is Africa’s leading meetings industry magazine. The key to success in this growing industry is exposure to your target audience. The Event offers you the platform to reach that audience (international and regional) on a month-to-month basis, through a focused business-to-business publication.
Founded in 2003, Film & Event Media produces business-to-business publications, and acts as an online media hub for the film and events industries. Film & Event Media publications also include The Event Planner’s Guide to Africa (EPG) – Africa’s leading meetings industry annual publication.
